can't I just register with a valid ID or something and they run a background check? I don't have a work email. I am an automotive technician who can't drive.

This is disgusting when I've tried to signup it's asking for workplace email...come on mate just for car pool why would I provide my official mail & the most disgusting thing is the discrimination part where other common citizens are not allowed to book and this shows how narrow it is where we talk about equality & fight with govt & organisations like you just ruining the societal values .. I would definitely like to file a legal action against this firm for such open discrimination ...

Worst experience. Not able to contact customer care and when ever clicking on the help centre shows only the email option. Sent multiple emails, still didn't get any reply.

I really love the app. I do not travel to office daily, so I just put a request on the previous day and most of the time I get offers on time. I think there are so many people who use the app in Bangalore. Really good concept to have only working professionals. I hope more and more people download the app as more the users, more ride offers 😊
