Frustrating... Super clunky! There are aspects of this app you can only do on a desktop PC that you can't do on the app itself Confusing to navigate. Not user friendly. Notifications of entry/exit, work/don't work, sporadically. If you subscription expires it doesn't let you know. The guy that runs it is helpful but you have to email back and forth, but for today's day and age, it DESPERATELY needs an update or have someone redesign it. It's a great app if this was 1997.

Hasn't updated since 2018. Terrible service, would be great if it worked to find my stolen motorcycle. Stick with LoJack or a better alternative.

I’ve been using this app for a while now and decided to write a review, finally. This app makes my life easier. I can check my vehicles, set alerts, and see everything in real time without any hassle. Had a few questions about how to use some features and support got back to me fast!

Works great. Sometimes needs to be reloaded.

Updates have been really slow lately. Not sure if it's a new update or just a glitch in the system. Have been using them for about 4 year's now and only noticed these issues last couple months.

Doesn't update well, and the delay is crazy and each time I open my app, it says I should restart the app. Been having it a year and it hasn't performed not 1 update. Definitely looking for a better GPS service

Use to be a good gps car locator. it doesn't update the current location even if you have good network signal. it is 8 miles away and 2 days late for the current status of my car base on the app .
