this is the worst possible app ever!!! half of it's in Chinese 90% of the time it doesn't work. do anything and everything to avoid this garbage app

Cannot get a code sent via this app OR on a Windows 11 computer OR on a Dell windows 2 in 1. I already have a paid Lightburn that I COULD use, but due to all of the issues with this brand and the inability for everyone to not be able to use what we have paid for, I am returning this engraver and purchasing a different brand.
