Does half of what it should and tries to do things it shouldnt.
can't get the card online
The red routes is bad. I finally figured out how to use this app which isn't exactly intuitive. The trip planner is only advisory - you must check the real-time map to see where your bus actually is and that should not be the primary landing page. You can wait half an hour (or more - 45 minutes today despite the schedule stating"every 15 minutes or less") without explanation or information. the important part of the app is the real time is the mapping of the buses so you can see where they are

poor service
One of the dumbest apps! Login issues. you have login for different sections. Error messages when trying to login. I can only use the website or website homepage in app. The other login screen different from site doesn't work at all. Please don't waste your time with this garbage app. easier to check multiple sights or call for the same info.
Does not show accurate tracking or scheduling information. Unless you wanna be late to work every single day you're better off using the transit app instead.
