We love this app and have used it for years now. Just recently, we have faced an unexpected problem and wonder if you have any suggestions on how to get around it? Epubs downloaded from our favourite website are now in zip files and, when extracted by our devices, now have multiple files and cannot be opened by your app. We do not know what to do about this, please help!

I am not seeing a difference. They still open for me. It is possible that something caused the file association to change. Very beautiful app
The app keeps crashing both on my phone and my tablet. I even tried to un install and reinstall but it didnt work.
Very good epub language translation tool. NB: always asks for Dictionary update each time you open, but never updates when you click to. kindly let me know if i need to do something about that...

You must download an epub file from an external source and open it in this app.
