I have been using the free version of this app for years and it has worked well. I had a recent issue though with what looked like a suspicious pop-up ad offering a Software Update. I must commend the developer on his rapid response to my concerns and his assurances that it was a legitimate Google Play ad and was not from the app. If you need accurate time this is a good app.
ideal for setting my atomic watch
[QUALITY REVIEW, 151026, Av16, A546U] "Star Ratings based on Quality of Product": Really nice app for a secondary clock option! Currently I am moving away from the Complex Google Playstore because of its constant updates and changes that they do to control users from having full functionality of their devices. I am more prone to Microsoft Office and because of it, Google has always been a thorn in my Backside while trying to have full power. But this app makes everything simple and quick.
I have always used. 30 years ago I used "WWV" If I remember correctly.

Simple. Effective. Lots going on but still easy. BTW, if your phone runs weirdly and nobody knows why, use this to check your phone's system clock - that can definitely cause problems if it drifts from the time standards that apps match with. You might find this let's you solve that mystery and super easily. You're welcome!
used to have an audible countdown and a distinct beep starting at 50 seconds, which was great for setting clocks with your eyes away from the phone. now the ticks are the same throughout the travel of the second hand, with slightly different "Tok" at the zero second.hope this feature gets reinstated

I haven't removed the Greenwich time signal; try disabling the seconds audio signal, which may be what you're hearing. I'm disappointed by this review and that you didn't email me first.
I'm using this app to set time on my microwave oven. it's ideal for that and similar tasks, where you need to enter time manually.
Amazing and fantastic application
