Wybieram Toruń

I Choose Toruń is an app for participants of the Toruń Business Incubator. It brings together everything you need for everyday use in one place: training materials, room reservations, billing, and contact with program supervisors. KNOWLEDGE BASE Downloadable materials, videos, and documents, organized into thematic folders. You can mark what you've already read – your progress is saved in your account, so it transfers to another device and reinstalls. ROOMS AND COWORKING A directory of meeting rooms and coworking spaces with descriptions, equipment, and hourly rates. You select a date using the calendar, which displays available hours, and your reservation is then sent to the incubator for confirmation. You also see how many hours are left of your allocated quota. INVOICES AND COSTS Issue invoices, report costs, and check the status of each document. You can enter contractor information using their Tax Identification Number (NIP). The dashboard displays income, expenses, and tax forecasts for the current month. VIRTUAL BANK View sub-account balances and transaction history, with access to the program partner's banking account. CONSULTATIONS Conversation with an advisor, lawyer, or accountant. The thread remains in the app along with any attachments, so you always know what you've agreed on. IDEAS BANK A place where participants share ideas and comment on others'. HUMAN RESOURCES AND PAYROLL Employee records, settlements, and document templates for download. REGISTRATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Report a problem or issue to the incubator support team and receive notifications about what's happening in the program. WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT You can view the knowledge base, partner list, and room descriptions immediately after installation, without logging in. PARTICIPANT ACCOUNT Accounts are created by the incubator administrator. If you are participating in the program and don't yet have access, please contact your supervisor. The "I Choose Toruń" program is run by the Entrepreneurial Toruń Foundation, under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Toruń. Nicolaus Bank is the banking partner, and Space Link provides coworking spaces.
