Fieldworker Hub is the client app for customers of service companies using the Fieldworker system. It gives you full visibility into your serviced equipment, service history and ongoing orders — right on your phone. Each device shows detailed technical data, warranty information and inspection schedules. • Service orders – track the status of your orders (pending, in progress, completed) and review the work history for each device. • Requests & messaging – report a fault or request service directly from the app and keep a conversation around each order. • Inspections – stay on top of scheduled inspections and maintenance dates. • Notifications – never miss a new message or a status update on your orders. • Easy sign-in – secure access to the account linked to your company.
