1.Till date how hard is it for a BIG company to only accompany ONE LANGUAGE !??And l'm speaking on behalf of other english speakers. To some extent we are forced to accept shxt we don't even understand 2.Failing to get JUST an sms code tried restarting the device tried everything and it's not the rcs or spam messages where you will get it

Hello, thank you for reporting the issue. There may be several reasons why the SMS is not arriving. Please check your internet connection, disable RCS chat. Situations can be sad. Unfortunately, the app doesn't offer service in an international language like English in Poland. This is more than frustrating when you need help but don't speak Polish well—especially if you also have medical conditions with your hearing , offer to call kinda... Ai agent just throws out random topics, and it’s all to no avail . One more case when ai agent can help you feel as a meatbag *) And I'm not surprised that in this way companies can lose their customers.

Hello, if you are a customer of Santander Consumer Bank in Poland, you are welcome to use this app (no English version yet). If you are a client of another bank, belonging to the Santander group, please contact them by phone, through a branch or their website to see, if they have a mobile application suitable for your needs. Best regards
off to a terrible start.......conducting business in a country and prompting them to download an app that's only in an entirely different country's Language is kind of insane to me....

Brak dostępu do bankowości z poziomu aplikacji przegladarkowej, a mobilna pokazuje lokaty bez szczegółów. Na przykład nie da się pokazać odsetek. Korzystam praktycznie ze wszytskich banków w Polsce, ale tak kiepskiej aplikacji nie widziałem jeszcze. EDIT: Komentarz dotyczący odpowiedzi banku: Odsetek nie widać jeśli lokata jest odnawialna i została odnowiona, nie ma wtedy historii.
