free with fax.plus but trying to make me pay for it instead of a login

Hi, thanks for the review. Scan.Plus is free to use if you're logged in with the same Fax.Plus paid account on this device - could you check you're signed in with that account rather than a new one? If it's still asking you to pay after that, let us know (email support@alohi.com), and we'll take a closer look.

Hi Seemoore, sorry for the confusion. Our Free plan lets you save scanned PDFs locally. After scanning, tap the share icon to move or open your files in device storage or any app. If you need more help, reach us at support@alohi.com.

Hi Martin, sorry you’re experiencing crashes. Please open Scan.Plus, go to Settings > More Info > About to check your version. If an update is available in Google Play, install it. Then restart your tablet and try again. If crashes continue, email us at support@alohi.com with details so we can help.
