this app they're open it to scammers people I open it yesterday they're scammers with account number they're give me to make payment after I do it's another person receive money not how up in this app balance still I try to make complain they're not respond to my texts

Dear Tosin, please understand that one account num can exist in multiple banks and we clearly define the banks we give you. The issue is that some bank apps will suggest account details which are clearly different from the one we issued, you would send money to it even after seeing that the bank name is different, so the money goes to someone else
please how can one withdraw from the amount with a mistaken transfer

Our withdrawal and payout feature is only applicable to converted crypto funds. We don't offer withdrawal or transfer services yet for funds sent in through bank transfers.
