Auto-renewal of parking subscriptions fails despite having activated the function in the application. Upon trying to manually renew the subscription the app shows an error message that no places are available.

Thank you for the feedback. P+R Passes are limited in number. Therefore, if no pass is available at the time of renewal, neither automatic nor manual renewal is possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Have the app, enabled precise location, entered license plate, enter the park, the park recognised my plate and opened the gate. but now I am definitely more than 1.5km away, and it is already asking to pay. the sequence is not definitely as the picture in the Q&A. and no customer support, like live chat as in many other parking apps, nor a contact number. the app says this "1er iour : 25€ (max) iour suivant : 15€ (max)". I am right now at 30hours parking and 38€ charged, and i am 2000km away!

The app worked well for me for several months, and the automatic ticket validation is brilliant. Unfortunately, at some point My account was logged out from my app and my saved payment card was also removed from my account.

the app is not working properly. it doesn't show the prices for certain parkings, when I wanted to watch the guide, it skipped and it's full of bugs
