QR scanner is not working on Samsung Galaxy A23. The integrated into Android QR scanner works. Also my banking app QR scanner works. Edit: I'm trying to scan a 2FA QR code, and it just doesn't recognize the code. The code is sharp in view, but nothing happens, also no error. Enter the secret manually works, but most sites don't show the secret anymore. edit: Replaced phone with a Samsung Galaxy A27. and no problems anymore!

That doesn't sound right. Could you share more details about the issue? Which authenticator app are you trying to import from? Are you receiving any error messages? Have you followed our guide at https://proton.me/support/import-2fa-codes? Edit: Please contact us at https://proton.me/support/contact so we can help.
The best authenticator app I have used. Easy to navigate and no unnecessary clutter. Really good.
love all the proton products
looks much better, overall and i am starting to put more faith in proton and move away from google apps :) please maintain this user focused privacy first path you guys are on. i just pray u guys don't end up going corrupt 🙃 edit: lost some faith with other apps aside from vpn, although this app still is well
Greatly Fast and I prefer it on the traditional ones because it doesn't take some of your data it's full privacy and free
Best authenticator app
love it
Update: It now works perfectly. Looks like it was an error on my part. I traveled overseas recently and when I got back it just wouldn't work. I eventually found out my device still thinks im overseas. Changed my devices location settings and it works perfectly fine now :) Old Review: For some reason it works 20% of the time now. I input the exact code and it says it doesnt work. havent had that problem before until 2 days ago.

Are the date and time on your device correct? Contact us using the "Feedback" option in the app's settings so we can investigate.
