Can't recommend PTD Fitness enough! I've got a coach who is expert in postpartum period, right guidance, training/nutrition, all of that in the comfort of my house. Very grateful for this opportunity.
After trying so many personal training services i finally found PTD and honestly they changed everything for me. i came in with painful sciatica that bothered me for the last couple of months and within a few weeks of working with them the pain was gone. on top of thay ive lost over 10kg in 4 months which i thought id never pull off.

EVERYONE BE CAREFUL THEY HAVE WRITTENN IN ONE LINE IN THE 60 PAGES OF TERMS THAT you MUST pay for 3 MONTHS THEY NEVER TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU DISCUSS THEM and REGUSTER AND ONLY CHARGE YOU AT THE END IF YOUR 1ST MONTU AND SAY ITS WRITTEN THERE SOMEWHERE Shame they don't share the information properly and clearly with customers
