BlocPay: întreținere și chirii

BlocPay is the app for homeowners' associations and renters in Romania: apartment maintenance, payment by card or transfer, meters, ads and, with BlocPay Chirii, monthly rent. PRICES • Current prices, for associations and for BlocPay Chirii: https://blocpay.ro/preturi • Payment by card is optional: the Stripe processor withholds its commission from the association's or agency's collection, and the payer pays the exact amount due. IMPORTANT: BlocPay is a private service, developed by MEDIASTAGE S.R.L. The app does NOT represent a public or governmental institution and is not affiliated with the Romanian Government, ANAF, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice or any city hall. FOR OWNERS • How much you have to pay, broken down by each expense of the month • Payment by card (the money goes directly into the association's account) or by transfer, with the IBAN ready to copy • Cash receipt and confirmation for card or transfer • Index to water meters and meters (water, heat, gas, electricity), with a picture of the meter • General meeting: agenda, online vote on each point and results.
