Application of the independent interregional trade union of health workers.
An app from the independent interregional healthcare workers' union "Voice of Medicine." It helps healthcare workers understand their labor rights and avoid being left alone with their employer. WHAT'S INSIDE • Step-by-step instructions. What to do if you've been reprimanded, required to provide an explanation, haven't been paid for overtime, are delayed in paying, or are forced to resign. Each step is marked "done"—a dispute can last for weeks, and the app remembers where you left off. • Deadlines. The law only allows one month for dismissal disputes—missing the deadline is the most common reason for lost cases. Specify an event, and the app will calculate the date according to Article 392 of the Labor Code and remind you in advance. Reminders are sent from your phone, without internet or data transfer. • Document templates. Application for employment documents, explanatory note, appeal to the employer, disagreement with an order, complaint to the labor inspectorate, application to the prosecutor's office, notification of the creation of a trade union. Fill in the fields and receive a ready-made text that can be copied, sent, or shown to lawyers. • Calculators. Overtime, work on weekends and holidays, compensation for late payments. Calculates according to Articles 152, 153, and 236 of the Labor Code and shows the amount of underpayment. • Where to apply. Labor inspectorate, prosecutor's office, labor dispute committee, court: what to bring, how long it takes, and—most importantly—what won't be resolved. • Violation log. Record events on the day they occurred: date, what happened, who was present. Six months later, in court, such records are worth more than any memories. Recordings are encrypted, stored only on your phone, and can be protected with a fingerprint or device PIN. • Q&A. Answers from trade union lawyers on labor law: overtime, vacations, disciplinary action, deadlines for filing lawsuits, weekend work, pregnancy, and night shifts. • Trade union materials. News, case law reviews, instructions, and colleagues' stories—categorized, searchable, and featured. • Helped. Real results: overturned orders, reinstatements, recovered payments, and union audit results. • Trade union documents. Full text of the charter, registration information, and membership dues payment procedures. • Contact lawyers. The "Write" button opens an email with a prepared letter—all you need to do is describe your situation. The initial consultation is free, and your request is confidential. WORKS OFFLINE Memos, saved materials, and the charter are available offline—in the hospital, in the basement, or on the road. The app updates materials in the background whenever a connection is available. NO REGISTRATION OR DATA COLLECTION No accounts, no profiles, no ads, no visitor counters. The app does not request access to contacts, geolocation, camera, or files. Log entries, deadlines, and document data are stored in encrypted form only on your phone; they are not copied to cloud backups or shared with the trade union. ABOUT THE UNION "Voice of Medicine" is an interregional trade union of healthcare workers, registered in 2021. It unites doctors, nursing and junior medical personnel, pharmacists, social workers, veterinary service workers, and students from medical schools and colleges throughout Russia. The union protects labor rights: it provides consultations, prepares appeals and complaints, handles disputes with regulatory authorities and in court, and supports the creation of primary organizations.
