HORRIBLE app, keeps having errors when it comes to making a payment through the app. It's not convenient to use.
I have registered member and subscribed 7 day pass, after 5 day i cant signed in. When try to reset password by click forgot password, and enter username and hp no, it shows invalid detail.
problem with qr, then reinstall the app then it kept saying username registered on other device, fix the damn app. i went to the gym, my phone managed to be reset, staff says the issue is due to payment due, while mine is auto debit again, fix the damn app

I cant log in to my profile it's so annoying everytime I changed my passwords it appear invalid.. Fix your app!
so buggy. can't even access the gym when there's no staffs.
useless app doesn't want to display the qr code to enter the gym
QR is not showing up. I kept exiting and reopening, still the same issue. Very inconvenient as there is no staff on weekend. My phone's internet is 5G and all other apps are working fine. This method is impractical. I prefer the previous card/bracelet scan!

Very hard to make online payment
problem with the qr code. then when reinstall the apps, cannot log in the membership because it was registered in another device. im using the same phone by the way. please suggest plan B if this thing to the member when qr has problem to be scanned.

Please allow Tax Invoice downloadable in app instead of just Show Invoice
