Cannot freely rename or remove 'Created tokens' even if they haven't been enrolled. Terrible

While I enrolling it is not taking re-token PIN. nothing is getting enter in re-enter token PIN. vey bad experience. not happy

worked perfectly with Samsung , but since I got my oppo n5 it isn't compatible, it's asks me to re enter my pin then won't input the numbers and just sits there . any other users with oppo with it doing same thing

I dont understand why companies uses rhis method where there are cheaper more modern alternatives that works with any authenticator application e.g. google authenticator or Microsoft authenticator or authy
Legit horrible.
I have nothing but problems with this app. I've tried using it on both my Sony Xperia 1 and on my laptop. It tells me I've got my pin wrong on 3 separate occasions on the windows version, but I've only entered my pin once CORRECTLY. The mobile app just fails to authenticate under auto enrollment. Manual enrollment asks for a URL, which you can't copy and paste. It just doesn't work correctly. It's awful. I just need to connect to my customer, but I can't. Their it are thankfully very patient
