I paid subscription twice and I can't open the app. It instead requires me to pay subscription again

App not recognizing that I paid for subscription.
I already pay for a subscription but the app won't restore my purchase, it's trying to double charge me when it's advertised you get the app and the laptop version when you pay for it

app is easy to use, but for my last study quiz, it got half the questions wrong. sometimes the photos are a bit blurry, which I think may be part of the problem, idk. Going to try again later with better lighting to see if that helps.

the ai home work is good
I paid for 3 months in advance. This stupid app gave me completely different answers from my peer, and I was the only one that failed.

Just trying it out so far. Looks cool but I can't upload an image. When I do the app just shuts down.
