Old app was better because it showed actual bus location. this app is not accurately displaying missing busses, like if they are short a driver and one of the 20 min rotations is not running, the app still shows it there, you'll wait for the phantom bus, the app will say you missed it, and adds standing time to your day. The routing is nice but schedule accuracy is much more appreciated.

Rides almost never come at proper time. They either come very late or too early and mess up my schedule. The route the drivers have to drive makes it feel like it has to be as long and annoying as possible. It's also incredible hard to even get a ride or have it fully registered because the app doesn't work properly. I only use this because I need it to get around

The most egregious misuse of location sharing I have ever seen. I don't usually think of this until I see you can't opt out without sending written requests. I would love to hear a developer response to this ❓: Have you sold my information during the first 30 days you anoint yourself to respond.

I've used this service twice and had a great experience, it's amazing that there is even this kind of service! I'd recommend it to everyone!
transport option is nice, the bus driver was a real dick about my bike, and many others I saw throughout the day. didnt get his name, was driving the orange 4 at 3:45 July 6th. There was definetly room inside, and my bike wouldnt fit on the dilapidated old bike rack. Had to wait another 30 minutes.
