It puts your team's work orders, maintenance requests and assets in your pocket, so technicians and occupants can get things done on site instead of at a desk. FOR TECHNICIANS - My work: see the jobs assigned to you today, with priority, location and due date - Work order details: read instructions, update status, add notes and attach photos as you go - QR asset scanning: scan an asset's tag to open its history and log work against it - Checklists: complete walk-through and inspection checklists step by step - Check-in: confirm you're on site with optional GPS check-in - Notifications: get alerted when a new job is assigned or a request changes FOR OCCUPANTS AND TENANTS - Report a fault in seconds, with a photo and its location - Track the status of your requests from submitted to completed - Read building announcements from your facility team FOR MANAGERS - Dashboard with key numbers, this week's activity and recent updates - Review requests, turn them into work orders and assign them - Browse sites, buildings, floors and assets Your data stays in sync with the FacilityPro web app, so everyone works from the same up-to-date information.
