doesn't let you sign in
Way too many issues just opening the app.
cant sign in my account even though I am sure I put in my correct details. Resetting password says it can't be the same password. signing up for new account says my number is already in use. you can only sign in using email. Why can't we sign in using phone number???

not receiving points when scanning in restaurant
No option to pay in store, and it won't let me make an account.

your points sometimes doesn't track. The app freezes and refuses to move unless you turn on the GPS. Then you have to hope the app works. Kinton used to give out loyalty cards, now they are forcing us to use a broken app to test our loyalty.
no error handling. verification code doesn't send code. couldn't get passed the sign up page.
