while the addition of a dark mode(finally) is greatly appreciated, this update has brought scanner glitches and and broken route optimization

Hi we didn't touch the scanner. We did bring in the optimizer changes we had on iOS. We would appreciate it if you could send us the details at support@droppath.com
how do i get the regular mode i dont like the dark mode, is useless. the route its giving me the dumbest directions and the longest routes

We'll add a setting for the dark mode in the next version. Would you mind exporting your route to CSV and sharing it with us at support@droppath.com? Tell us where it's going wrong and we'll look into it!
This program is a thief. I had a problem with this program. I just downloaded the program on my phone and it asked me to subscribe. I canceled the program and deleted it from my phone. This month they deducted the subscription from me. Although I never used it. And I did not subscribe to it.

Hi! This app uses Subscriptions through Google Play. To activate a subscription, you HAVE to click on a button, which you must have done! That said, if you want a refund, please reach out to Google Play support, since they handle all financial transactions, they'll be able to emit a refund.
Android version of this app is terrible!!!

DON'T BUY I WAS BOUGHT THIS AND PAID FOR 1 YEAR AND THE APP NOT WORKING GOOD SO CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION BUT STILL DIDN'T GET REFUND. SO DON'T TRUST AND DON'T BUY PLEASE.

Hi, refunds are not automatic on cancel. You need to reach out to Google support for them to process any refund.
It doesn't even put stops in order i still have to back track like 10 times

Yes, a subscription is required to use this app as computing a driving map requires map data and expensive servers.
Saves me lots of time, I'm able to see what packages are next with the color change for each package. Highly recommend using.
