it helps clients ACTUALLY focus on their goals and I believe you might make yourself better than ever... BUT, you also have to pay but there must be a great deal so try it! 😁

The app requires a subscription, but you can unlock it instantly for a limited time without starting one. On Google Play, subscription-based apps are listed as free to download since payment happens inside the app, not upfront.
