can't use on astro view-transition enabled website SPA Website...
love tawk.to, it does everything that I want, really appreciate the developers but really want one essential addition, since it seems like agent response interface can't be embedded into our websites, it would be best if there was an app forwarding deep-link so that when clicked will open the installed app on mobile and if the app is not installed will take us to Playstore or App store accordingly. honestly need this and it would be great if it could be applied, overall, everything else is good
i can't respond to visitors messages when they are offline

visitors enter my site, I don't see them on active visitors in my IOS, frustrating part I can't even chat with them when they request chat, this is madness
