Apologies for the experience. Please note that bank transfers are not always instant. Wait for some time and refresh your app to see the funds. If you don't see the funds after about 30 minutes of sending it in, please reach out to our support through the app.

The phone number you use should be a Nigerian number that begins 080, 070, etc. It should be 11 (eleven characters). Apologies for the experience.
Good app
This app is super duper, being using it for a year and few months now. But recently, all the data package became unavailable.😮💨😔 I would love it, if the problem is rectified. Thank you.🥰

This is the kind of app I love using but with a time everything changed I just woke up and do a transaction Into this app and since then I can't login to my account each time I tried it,it will tell me that my information is not saved to the host, and I can't even chat the customer service until I login into my account that's the major problem here, you guys need to set this so we can chat the customer service outside the App before longin if I have away to do it I won't come here to report this
