Was anyone else offered a $99 renewal option and couldn't get the app to process it? I have been going back and forth about this on email and cannot make any headway. Love the app, have used it for many years but this is disappointing to me. I mean why offer a special discount that cannot be used?

my customers don't recieve confirmation SMS on booking the appointment. Can you please give any phone to connect to talk to the technical person directly regarding the problems that I am in the app

Thank you for downloading our app. Currently we do not have desktop/laptop version for the app. But we have considered this feature into our future release.
Good customer service, and actively upgrading the apps to better version, highly recommended.
