way to complicated for pensioner
It is an absolute nightmare. Spent 2 hours on it yesterday and could not get it to work. There is no proper support to help you through it. It is the worst possible service I have ever come across. and the thought that if I don't figure it out today I get a horrendous fine is so stressful. What a dreadful experience. I would give it no stars whatsoever

it has taken me over an hour to get to this stage. not user friendly for people without computer skills. why does it take so much security clearance to obtain MY tax information?
