worst company I have ever worked for. The ELD management is terrible, and drivers are constantly resigning. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away it's a very unhealthy work environment.
does not sync with your truck when parked can't change duty status locks out

The app does not keep track of hours effectively. The time is manipulated or controlled. I had a 7-hour trip today and after 6 hours and 15 minutes of drive time the app says I've only been driving for 1 hour

Customre support doesn't exist! App bags a lot. For the l6ast 12 hours, I am in the sleep mode, but the app is in the drive mode and shows how I drive 12 mph. I can't change the shift status, and I can't do anything. Whenever you call the support number, they do not work. I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere, and there is nothing that can be done!
