What happened? The app was functional and decent before, now it won't work!

I'm going to give it a very strong 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the app has been a time and life saver for me. I like the fact that it's really easy to navigate, specially for my mother that, she's up there in age and not use to operating smart phone's or apps in them. But the LCPB app makes real simple to use. I could go on and on about how nice is this app. I personally like it because it saves you trips to the library. Because you can check what books or videos or services they have available .

Great app and is even helpful when I don't have my card on me! Reservations are easy too.

Great app except... I have two accounts linked and the second one keeps disappearing. I am constantly having to add it again.
