OMG, what happened to this app?! It worked 2 days ago, then it updated and got a new logo and I can't get it to open to save my life! I JUST WANT TO SEE WHAT BOOK IS BEING HELD FOR ME.

I have installed and Uninstalled the app multiple times. it wont open after I installed it. it was working yesterday but now it doesnt work
Great app. Pictures of my checkouts, ability to see due dates, renewals, hold list, etc, are great. Love having 'loyalty card'/library barcode easily accessible. Still need to FIX THE "SCAN BARCODE" feature. It doesn't work and adds "A" to the front and end of my barcode. But I can delete that. But very frustrating for me and friends. If you can't fix the scanner, maybe add text to say there are no letters in library card, pls check number displayed.

I think you're talking about Libby right? if you are I love Libby and use it all the time.
This app is incredibly random one minute it's fine next thing I can't actually log into the app period
This app is great, but two things that would greatly improve it's functionality would be showing which library an item has been checked out from, and adding a sorting option to organize items by whichibrary they were checked out from. My family and I use two different libraries, and this would be an excellent feature to have.

This app works well. I was able to reserve many books and see my rental history. I've since moved and changed libraries. I only wish my history would stay or transfer amongst the coop to maintain my records.
Works as advertised. No problems or complaints.
No notification when held items are available. Old app, at least I got a phone call and/or email. I've missed picking up items at different times due to mo notifications.

love the concept and I hope apps like this get better and more functionality because everyone deserves easy access to the well of knowledge that is our libraries.
