Health AI keeps your family's health records, medicines, readings and reminders in one private app — stored on your phone, with no account and no login. Scan a lab report and Health AI reads the text right on your phone, finds the test results and shows them for you to check before anything is saved. Add your blood pressure or sugar and get a plain-language explanation based on published guidelines. Everything works offline. ★ FAMILY HEALTH PASSPORT • Separate profiles for you, your parents, your spouse and your children • Prescriptions, lab reports, discharge summaries, bills and insurance papers in one searchable library • Medicines, allergies, vaccinations, doctor visits and appointments • A timeline of visits, reports and results in date order ★ SCAN & READ DOCUMENTS • Scan paper documents with automatic crop and clean-up, or import photos and PDFs • Text is recognised on your phone — your reports are not uploaded anywhere • Lab results are suggested from the report; you check and tick each value before it is saved • Medicine names are suggested from prescriptions, but doses are never guessed — you enter instructions exactly as your doctor wrote them ★ TRACK READINGS • Blood pressure, blood sugar (fasting / after meal), weight & BMI, heart rate, temperature, oxygen (SpO₂) and symptoms • Clear charts for 7 days to 1 year — days without readings stay visible as gaps ★ EXPLANATIONS IN PLAIN WORDS — ENGLISH & தமிழ் • Each reading is placed in a range from published guidelines, with what it may mean and when to talk to a doctor • Lab results are compared with the reference range printed on your own report, with trends over time (for example HbA1c, sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, kidney tests) • A glossary of common health terms in English and Tamil • Questions to take to your next doctor's visit ★ MEDICINE & APPOINTMENT REMINDERS • Reminders at the times you choose, with “Taken” and “Skip” buttons • Appointment, follow-up and vaccination reminders • Notifications say only “Medicine reminder” unless you choose to show details ★ SAFETY CHECK-INS & SOS • A daily “I'm OK” check-in at the times you choose • If a check-in is missed, your phone shows “status unconfirmed” and reminds you • Trusted contacts in the order you would call them • SOS screen: call 112 or 108, or call / message a trusted contact in one tap, with an optional location link ★ EMERGENCY CARD • Blood group, allergies, conditions, current medicines and emergency contact — only the details you choose • Available offline; never shown on the lock screen ★ VISIT SUMMARY FOR YOUR DOCTOR • Make a PDF of the sections and dates you select: medicines, allergies, readings, lab results, visits and questions • Export your readings as a spreadsheet (CSV) ★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your records stay on your phone in an encrypted database • No account, no login, no Health AI server — your health data is never sent to us • Optional app lock with PIN or fingerprint, and screenshot protection • Optional password-encrypted backup to a file or to your own Google Drive (hidden app folder). Backup is off until you turn it on • No ads on check-in, SOS, emergency-card or data-entry screens; no health data is shared with advertisers ABOUT THE NAME “AI” in Health AI means smart on-device features — reading text from your documents and explaining readings with clear, documented rules. There is no chatbot, and your records are not sent to any cloud AI service. IMPORTANT Health AI is an organiser and information aid. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not change medicine doses. Always follow your doctor's advice. Safety check-ins and SOS cannot alert anyone automatically and do not replace emergency services. In an emergency, call 112 (or 108 for an ambulance).
