Fine to use but clearly not tailored for UK users (eg asks for "house number" rather than name and "ZipCode" rather than postcode).

straightforward for my checks. However partner has a Huawei phone which isnt compatible with the app. not sure how his checks will get completed.
really hard to use for NFC verification and somewhat unclear when completing process
Terrible app. Very frustrating to use
App is ok but not the best I have used with regards for taking photos of ID documents. Documents do not show in the frame on screen and are blurry on upload in the mobile app, I got around this by using my laptop. There seems to be a few glitches in the mobile app, rang customer support but no answer, as this was time sensitive I could not wait for a 24 hr reply via email
Very straight forward to use
easy to understand & use
It was truly painful. The camera function can't show a live image of what you're capturing. The upload function couldn't access certain areas of my phone. The biometric scan function didn't work. It took about an hour to verify my ID / address.
Unclear and unnecessarily complicated.
