Comb stands in a lane of its own. The team is incredibly hands-on. You can talk to a real human almost instantly. Recent updates have made booking seamless for my clients, and it truly offers everything: forms, waivers, notes, SOAP notes, banking, gift certificates, client rebooking recognition, and “Worker Bees” that act like a personal assistant. It’s clear they care about user experience. Tech hiccups happen, but their support and improvements make all the difference! Highly recommend.

Best app, best service, from a company that hasn't forgotten the small biz owner. excellent features for security and safety, as well as things that just help a business running smoothly. even things you didnt know you needed. love comb! 💓💓

so far the best salon booking software I've ever used. updates are always rolling with new features that arent a waste of space, and the Communication with customer service is great too.

I love everything this app offers and I love that they listen to us about what we as hairstylists need!

Best booking app period. Customer service is quick. All the AI features save me a ton of time, and I have so much ability to customize everything to my specific needs, which is unbeatable!! 10/10 best ever.

Finally found a booking system that had everything I was looking for and more! My clients have been happy and have felt Comb has been easier to navigate than my previous system too. Definitely recommend booking a call and checking them out!

Ive been using this app instead of gg for a couple months. I love how i can customize a lot of my settings. When i do encounter an issue I just message on discord and the team is very quick to respond. The developers take a lot of feedback and are adding new features based of user request regularly without charging you extra to use them. Most app if you want the goods you gotta pay more but comb everyone gets everything for one flat monthly rate

The system itself if great and perfect for the beauty market! The app works exactly like the desktop version of the system, which is actually rare. It's very user friendly!
