My dog poops better software. I can fix things in less time than it takes to complete a work order. To complete a wo, you need to backtrack through numerous screens and drop down menus to sync the app. Should be one button at most. Save button is useless. If you don't follow it up by 3 backscreens & 2 drop downs, you lose notes and updates. 2 authenticators to login? Why? There's no financial or med info at all from my screen. Can't import/export photos. More faults than room left to write.

Horrible app and is extremely glitchy. Logging in has been a struggle ever since it switched to double authentication. Every time I try to refresh my work orders it kicks me back to the log in screen. I have to stop and reopen the app several times before it will actually let me refresh my work orders and clear the completed ones from my queue. It use to work great, but for the past year it has been horrible. Takes so much time to actually make it work.
