It is a public— not a private— on-demand shuttle service. It's a carpool system, and for the price, and if you're in a zip zone, it's worth it. People complaining about unreliable ETAs should download Uber or Lyft. The only constructive criticism I must report is that if you tell the app exact addresses, the drivers only see the intersection. Drivers have repeatedly confirmed this with me. For example, let's say I put in 717 W Berry St. The drivers only see "Hemphill & Berry" (the intersection).

Got somewhere you need to be at a specific time like work or school? Then bow howdy is this NOT the app for you. Bad ETAs, drivers who check for the names of where you're going but not the address so heaven forbid there's something like multiple Walmarts near you, and a fifth of the time the drivers are having arguments on their headsets with someone else

Update: Make sure you always order about an hr in advance just Incase the driver wait long enough to get halfway from where you are to cancel. there's nothing you can do. Also if the driver is reckless and you have proof. they won't care. just stop giving you rides for a while. Also they will give you driver's that will wait to see if you cancel or else waste your time not giving you another driver. This service needs to be put under investigation. People need things for transport.

It worked perfectly last year when I went to college campuses, but right now the app automatically closes itself when I try and sign in Fix your garbage

bus not on demand
always on time, very convenient, drivers are very nice. I recommend to anyone who needs to be somewhere and don't have a car.

Do not use this service if you have to be somewhere on time. They don't tell you they have to pick up multiple passengers and take them to their stops before your stop. Four other people. Driver didn't communicate. Also had an attitude. Do not use the service if you expect to be treated like a human being.
