OffRez helps Zimbabwean students find a place to live near campus
OffRez helps Zimbabwean students find a place to live near campus, and helps landlords fill their rooms without the guesswork. Browse verified off-campus accommodation close to your institution, see what a room actually costs, look at real photos, and book the ones you like from your phone. FOR STUDENTS • Search by institution — pick your university or college and see what is available nearby • Real photos and honest prices, so you know what you are getting before you travel • Map view showing exactly where a property sits in relation to campus • Save the places you like and compare them later • Book a room and track the status of your request • Message landlords through the app, or on WhatsApp if you prefer FOR LANDLORDS • List a property in a few minutes, with photos taken on your phone • Pin the exact location using your device's map, so students can find you • Set your price, describe the room, and say what is included • Get a notification the moment a student requests a booking • Manage vacancies and keep your listings up to date from anywhere WHY OFFREZ Finding student accommodation in Zimbabwe usually means asking around, walking street to street, and hoping the room is still free when you get there. OffRez puts the available rooms in one place, with the details you need to decide. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Payments run through established Zimbabwean gateways, covering mobile money and cards. COSTS Browsing and booking are free. Landlord contact details are unlocked with a one-off $5 admin fee that covers every listing on the platform, not just one. Questions or problems?
