Multiple Small Fixes and Improvements. - (feat) User is allowed to re-order the timers - (feat) When you enter a title of 'sample', case-independent it loads up the timers with an example value for illustration! - (fix) Active Time is not stored properly in backup when running, and restores as the wrong value! - (fix) When a Timer's notes is tapped for the first time after retrieval from backup it clears. only on first time though! - (fix) When notes come up from backup they are grey
