What's new in 2026.3 Stitch one color at a time. Crafting Mode has a new Per Color option: work through just the colors in your current row, one at a time and in any order, then move on to the next row. See what's coming in Per Cell. You can now see how many stitches are left in your current color, plus the colors coming up in the row. Faster on big patterns. Moving through your stitches in Crafting Mode is much quicker, especially on large charts. Know your finished size up front. When you draw your own pattern, its finished size now appears right on the setup screen as you choose your dimensions. Backups that run on their own. iCloud backups now happen automatically as you make changes, just like they're supposed to. No need to tap Back Up Now. Upgrade to Lifetime anytime. On Monthly? You can now upgrade to Lifetime right from Settings. Duplicate more at once. Select several patterns or palettes and duplicate them all from the Organize menu. Missed the What's New sheet? There's now a link in Settings, just above About. Also fixed: - Patterns that stitch from the bottom up now reopen in the right spot, and their progress thumbnails and labels are correct. - Crochet C2C patterns pick back up on the right diagonal. - Cancel on the Dimensions screen now actually cancels your changes. - Selecting items in a gallery now keeps your place instead of jumping back to the top. - Swipe to delete is smoother, and nothing moves until you confirm. - Duplicating a palette now keeps you in the gallery. - Selecting in Stash now works just like Patterns and Palettes. - Leaving Crafting Mode now puts the editor back at the zoom you had before. - Large text sizes work better across the app, including Patterns, Palettes, Stash, new pattern setup, Pro, Settings, and Crafting Mode.
If it lives on a grid of color, you can make it in Patchwork. Cross stitch, knitting, crochet, needlepoint, and more. Built natively for iPhone, so it feels fast and at home on your device. Here is what you can do. Design on a live pixel grid. Place stitches one at a time or fill whole areas at once. Draw lines and shapes, copy and paste sections, work in layers, and step back through your history whenever you need to. Turn a photo into a pattern. Bring in any picture and Patchwork maps it to threads you can actually buy. No tracing, no guesswork. You get a chart you can start stitching instead of a screenshot you have to squint at. Generate with AI. Describe what you want and get a starting point in a tap, then refine it however you like. It is a head start, not a black box, and your work stays yours. Match real thread colors. The full DMC, Anchor, and Madeira libraries are built in, over 900 colors, so what you see on screen matches the floss in your hands. Export anything. Save your chart, your symbol key, or a print-ready PDF, plus a shopping list with stitch counts so you know exactly what to buy. Crafting Mode. Track your progress stitch by stitch. Patchwork remembers exactly where you left off. Make it yours with color themes that follow your style. Now the part that matters as much as the features. Your patterns are private. There is no account to make and no server of ours collecting your work. Everything stays on your device and syncs through your own iCloud, which only you can see. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics watching what you make. Patchwork is free to download. Try every Pro feature free for 7 days. The trial isn't a purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. When you are ready for everything, get Patchwork Pro your way: Lifetime, a one-time purchase that is yours to keep, or Monthly, a subscription that renews each month until you cancel. iPad and Mac support are on the way, and your purchase and your patterns will come right along with you.
