Property Minder helps property owners, landlords, residents, and maintenance teams organize recurring maintenance and keep every property on schedule. Create separate property profiles, add maintenance tasks, receive reminders, and maintain a useful history of completed work. Property Minder works locally without requiring an account, while optional paid plans provide additional cloud and collaboration features. KEY FEATURES • Organize multiple properties using familiar nicknames and addresses • Create one-time, recurring, and seasonal maintenance tasks • Assign low, normal, or high priority • Review upcoming and overdue tasks from the home screen • View scheduled work in a calendar • Record completion dates, notes, measurements, answers, and photos • Review task history, totals, averages, trends, and suggested frequencies • Filter tasks by property • Export property and maintenance information to a spreadsheet • Receive local Android notifications for important tasks OPTIONAL LOCATION AND WI-FI FEATURES Use your current location to help enter a property address, or associate a property with a nearby Wi-Fi network. Property Minder can then recognize when you are at that property and surface relevant maintenance reminders. These features are optional. Property Minder does not create or store a travel history. ACCOUNTS, CLOUD SYNC, AND COLLABORATION Property Minder can be used locally without creating an account. Depending on the selected plan, optional account features may include: • Cloud backup and synchronization • Multi-device recovery • Overdue email reminders • Task assignment and collaborators • Google Drive backup • Maintenance-photo synchronization SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS Property Minder offers Free, Ad-Free, Premium, and Pro options. The Free version is supported by advertising. Feature availability varies by membership level, and subscription options are shown inside the app before purchase. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Property Minder is designed to keep property-maintenance information organized and under the user’s control. Location, nearby-device, photo, notification, and cloud features require the appropriate permission or user action. Users can delete individual records or request deletion of their account and associated cloud data.
