Rideline is so much better now that there's an App we don't have to Wait on Hold we just go to App get er Done.
the service is without a doubt⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the app however not quite I have a lot of problems with the drop-downs in the app 😶
cannot properly select trip reason. it jumps to the top before I can even read a third of the listed reasons to select from
