Coupam runs your shop's coupons, stamp cards and point cards in one app. Hand out a QR code or a barcode, scan it at the counter with your phone, and Coupam works out the discount, the stamps or the points and records them. An assistant on every screen answers questions about them and sets up new ones once you approve. Coupons take a percentage or an amount off, with the rules you set: a maximum discount, a minimum purchase, a product the purchase must include, a number of redemptions and the days it runs. Give one code to everyone, or a code to each customer that works once, added up to 256 at a time. Stamp cards give the reward you name after the number of stamps you set, from 2 to 64, such as a free coffee every 10 stamps. Each visit adds stamps, and Coupam shows when a reward is ready to give. Point cards give back a share of each purchase as points, each worth the smallest unit of your currency, such as 1¢ or ¥1. Customers spend them like money on a later visit, and points never expire. Your customers need no app. They get a stamp or point card by scanning its join QR code at your counter, or bring a code on a printed coupon, a card or their phone. Their card opens a page with your shop's name and their own stamps or points, with no account. At the counter, scan the code with your phone's camera or with a handheld barcode scanner in the web app, or type it. Coupam shows the discount before you redeem, and a code that cannot be used says why: it is not one of your codes, the coupon has not started or has ended, it is fully redeemed, the code was already used, or the purchase is under the minimum or lacks the product. A code that works once is redeemed once, even when two phones scan it at the same moment. Ask the assistant in your own words: how many rewards were given this month, which coupon was redeemed most, why a code was refused. It reads your coupons, cards, codes, redemptions and visits to answer, and proposes new or changed coupons and cards, more codes and designs; nothing changes until you approve. Talk to it in Voice mode instead of typing. It never redeems a code or records a visit: that stays with you at the counter. Design what you hand out: describe a card, a flyer, a window poster or a social media post, and the assistant designs it with the coupon's or card's own terms and code, then reads the code back from the design to check that it scans. Cards with a code for each customer print many to a sheet of A4 or Letter; a design with one code for everyone downloads as PNG, JPEG or PDF. Every redemption and visit is kept with its totals. Undo a redemption, or a card's latest visit, made by mistake, and export a coupon's codes for each customer as a CSV file. Invite the people at your counter: each signs in with their own account, on a phone or the web, to redeem and record visits for your shop. One subscription per shop, billed monthly, with the assistant included; cancel at any time. Your first week is free from your first coupon or card, with no payment details. Without a subscription, everything you made stays readable and exportable; making coupons and cards, adding codes, redeeming and recording visits need one. Available in ten languages.
