Первая версия для Google Play. Личный календарь цикла, симптомы и заметки с локальным хранением данных.
Personal cycle calendar, symptoms and notes with local data storage.
My Cycle is a calendar for your period, well-being, and personal notes. A compact space where you can easily mark important days, notice changes, and take better care of yourself. No need for an account, complicated questionnaires, or subscriptions to basic features. AN EASY-TO-NAVIGATE CALENDAR Open the desired month and click on the date. Marked menstrual days are highlighted in color, and today's day is neatly framed. Switch months, add past notes, and edit entries as you recall details. The "Today" button immediately opens the current day's entry. WELL-BEING IN YOUR OWN WORDS No need to adapt to a short list of ready-made symptoms. Write down what's important to you: fatigue, mood, sensations, or well-being. You can leave a separate note next to it—for example, about a walk, a break, or a question you'd like to discuss during a consultation. Well-being notes are also available on days without your period. INTENSITY AND DAILY DETAILS Choose between light, medium, or heavy intensity. You can leave it set to "Not Specified." You decide what information to save: there's no mandatory detailed questionnaire. The record opens in a clear window with separate fields for symptoms and notes. APPROXIMATE CYCLE GUIDELINES Indicate your average cycle length, from 21 to 45 days. The calendar will show the approximate date of your next period and the number of days remaining. The calculation starts from the first mark of the last consecutive day of your period, not the last marked day. If you missed a day, add more to the calendar—this affects the results. The calculation helps you navigate your records, but it doesn't guarantee your health. A HISTORY THAT NEVER MISSES THE LITTLE DETAILS A separate screen displays dates, symptoms, and notes. Here you can see not only your period days but also your personal notes about your well-being. Tap a card to open the desired date and add information. Free-form text helps preserve context that a single calendar entry can't. READABLE TXT EXPORT Save your cycle log as a plain text file. It includes dates, menstruation times, selected intensity, symptoms, and notes in chronological order. Android will prompt you to choose a save location. You can open this file without the app or share it with someone you choose. The export contains personal information, so you choose the storage location. The TXT file is a readable copy, not an archive for automatic restoration within the app. LIGHT AND DARK THEMES Choose a light theme with a soft pink accent, a calm dark theme, or automatic mode. The automatic theme switches based on your device's time: dark at night, light during the day. Dialogues follow the selected theme. Neat buttons, indents, and easy-to-read text help you focus on your notes. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED The calendar and notes work offline. Cycle dates, symptoms, and personal notes are stored on your device and are not included in advertising requests. Android system backups depend on your device settings; exports are saved only when you choose to do so. Details are available in the privacy policy. CLEAR ADVERTISING The main features are free. A banner is located at the bottom of the screen, and advertising is limited upon opening. You can choose to view rewarded ads and disable all ads for 24 hours. Internet access is required to load ads. If ads are unavailable, the calendar, history, and export functions continue to work. My Cycle is a personal calendar and well-being diary, not a medical device. Dates are approximate. The app is not intended for diagnosis, contraception, or determining safe periods, and does not replace a consultation with a specialist.
