Ambulance simulator: drive to the emergency, give first aid, reach the hospital.
Siren Shift is an ambulance simulator you play with one finger: a rescue game where you drive to the emergency, give first aid with your own hands and bring every patient to the hospital with a gentle ride. Drive the ambulance Drag to steer through the city streets of a busy toy town. Switch on the siren and the traffic pulls over to let you pass. The ambulance handles like a real car: take a corner too fast and it slides, brake hard and it leaves marks. Once a patient is on board, every bump and sharp turn costs comfort, so a smooth ride earns more. First aid by hand Every call is a short hands-on moment, not a menu. There are 12 kinds of emergencies and 10 different moves: hold and let go at the right time, wrap a bandage in circles, drag an ice pack into place, swipe to cool a burn, follow a dotted line to set a splint, tap in rhythm. Nothing graphic is ever shown: the game shows the help, not the hurt. Decide who comes first Your job is to help the people of the town after an accident, a fall or a fright. Several calls can be open at once. Green, yellow and red rings and a heart gauge tell you how urgent each one is, and the order is your decision. Some scenes have more than one injured person to treat. Load the stretcher, roll it to the ambulance and choose where to go: the hospital takes everyone, a nearby clinic takes the lighter cases. If you cannot make it to a call, a backup crew takes over. Nobody is harmed and a shift is never lost. 5 towns, each its own place Sunny Coast with its beach and piers, Old Harbor with quays and containers, Iron Works with factories and building sites, Garden Hills with villas and a school, and Snow Valley with chalets, a frozen lake and slippery roads. Day, sunset, night, rain and snow change the mood from shift to shift. Upgrade and keep going Every shift is a level with its own rescue missions, and the shifts never run out. Earn up to 3 stars for being fast, careful and smooth. Spend your coins in the garage on 6 upgrades: engine, suspension, running shoes, siren, first-aid kit and an extra stretcher that lets the ambulance carry up to 3 patients. A daily shift gives everyone the same six calls and a growing bonus for coming back. Good to know - Works offline, no account needed. - No energy system and no timers that make you wait. - No in-app purchases. The game has ads: a video is only ever your choice (to double a shift's pay), and a short ad may appear between shifts, never while you play. - 13 languages. - An emergency and hospital themed driving game made for fun. It is not medical training and does not teach real first aid. Realistic ambulance driving, short hands-on treatments and the feeling of saving lives on every call: you are the crew the whole city waits for. If you like ambulance games, doctor games and emergency rescue games with real driving and something to do with your hands, your shift starts now.
