Baton lets your team watch every conversation your AI chatbot has with website visitors, and take over the moment a person should answer instead of the bot. Your chatbot handles routine questions. Baton tells you when it shouldn't: a visitor asks for a human, the bot gets stuck, or a conversation needs attention. You get a push notification, open the chat, and reply yourself. The visitor sees your answer in the same chat window, with no new channel or ticket. Baton sits between your website and your backend, so your API keys never reach the browser.
