BodyCalc turns a few measurements into BMI, resting and daily calorie needs, body-fat percentage and an ideal weight. Offline, no account, nothing to sign up for.
What it calculates
• BMI with category and the distance to the normal range
• BMR (Mifflin-St Jeor) and daily calories (TDEE) with five activity levels, plus cut / maintain / bulk targets and a protein / carbs / fat split for each
• Body-fat percentage by the US Navy tape method (waist, neck, hip)
• A second calorie estimate from your lean mass (Katch-McArdle). BMI can't tell muscle from fat, so if your body-fat figure is accurate this is the closer estimate
• Waist-to-height ratio with a low, healthy, increased risk or high risk label, plus waist-to-hip ratio
• Ideal weight, averaged across four published formulas (Devine, Robinson, Miller, Hamwi)
Track it
