LET Reviewer is an offline reviewer for the Philippine Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET / LEPT). It runs entirely on your phone: no account, no sign-up, no internet connection, no ads and no analytics. It is built around the way the examination is actually scored, not around a single percentage. THE PASSING RULE, IMPLEMENTED PROPERLY The LET has two independent conditions: a general weighted average of at least 75%, and no subject below 50%. Both must hold. Most reviewers show one number and stop. This one applies the published subject weights for your track (Elementary, Elementary with Specialization, or Secondary), checks the 50% floor separately, and tells you which condition failed. A General Education score of 47% that still averages 77.4% is reported as a fail, not a pass - which is the most common way candidates misjudge their own standing. WHAT IS INSIDE - 1,000 originally written items: 150 General Education, 150 Professional Education, and 700 specialization items across six majors - English, Science, Mathematics, Filipino, Social Studies and Values Education. - Every item is coded to an area of the Enhanced Table of Specifications (27 areas in this pack), with its competency, difficulty and cognitive level. - Immediate explanations: why the key is correct, why each distractor fails, and the exact TOS competency being assessed. - Practice by exam area, or build a custom set by subject, topic, difficulty and length. - Timed mock papers that keep the published per-item pace: 48 seconds for General Education, 72 for Professional Education, 84 for Specialization. - An answer sheet with jump-to-item and flagging, and answers locked in the final five minutes of a paper. - Spaced repetition (SM-2) over the items you miss, with a daily review queue. - Analytics: projected weighted average, per-subject standing against the 50% and 75% thresholds, TOS coverage, and your weakest areas. - Exam-day guide: a 13-point checklist, the attire and prohibited-item rules, and a 45-term offline glossary. OFFLINE BY DESIGN The question bank is compiled into the app. There is no remote JSON, no CDN and no web fonts, and the app does not even declare the Android network permission - so the platform itself blocks any connection attempt. Your practice never leaves the device. YOUR DATA Progress is stored in the app's private storage. There is no cloud sync and no account to create. You can export a JSON backup to the clipboard and paste it back later, and you can clear everything from Settings at any time. WHO IT IS FOR Candidates sitting the LET for the first time, repeaters targeting the subject that failed, and Elementary or Secondary takers who want practice coded to the specification instead of a random question dump. PLEASE NOTE This is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission or the Board for Professional Teachers. All practice items are originally written to the published Table of Specifications; no actual examination questions are reproduced. Practice scores are estimates and are not PRC ratings.
