EXAM FORMAT The five-part structure and the two-hour, 100-item format are taken from the Program of the Nurse Licensure Examination published by the PRC. The app mirrors that structure instead of offering a generic quiz: - Nursing Practice I: community health nursing - Nursing Practice II: mother, child and adolescent care, growth and development - Nursing Practice III: surgery, oxygenation, fluids, infection, oncology - Nursing Practice IV: nutrition, gastrointestinal, endocrine, neurologic and sensory - Nursing Practice V: psychiatric nursing, critical care, emergency, leadership 1,000 ORIGINAL PRACTICE ITEMS Every item is written for this app. Nothing is copied from examination papers, review centres or question dumps. Each item includes a clinical scenario with four options, a full rationale, a note on why each distractor fails, a printed reference you can check, and tags for topic, difficulty and cognitive level. SCORING THAT FOLLOWS THE PUBLISHED RULE The verdict engine summarises Section 15 of Republic Act No. 9173 (the Philippine Nursing Act of 2002), not a simplified percentage: - you pass with a general average of at least 75% and no part below 60% - if the average reaches 75% but one part falls below 60%, only that part is repeated, at 75% or better - if the average is below 75%, the full examination is repeated The statute itself is linked under Official sources. PRACTICE, MOCK AND REVIEW - Practice mode: choose a part, sub-topics, a difficulty and a length; answers are marked immediately with the rationale. - Mock mode: a single part as a 100-item, 120-minute paper, or the full five-part simulation. Exam mode gives no feedback until you submit, and the timer uses a real deadline, so backgrounding the app does not buy extra time. - Spaced review: missed items return on an SM-2 schedule, starting the same day. - Question bank: search all 1,000 items, filter by part, difficulty or topic, or jump to a random one. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Progress is broken down by part and sub-topic, so you can see whether the weakness is medical-surgical content or community health. GENUINELY OFFLINE The app requests no Android permissions at all, including no internet permission. All items and rationales are bundled inside the installed application. Your answers, scores and review schedule stay on your device and are never uploaded.
