Rental/Sale Home Finder — Notifies you when new listings appear and prices drop in the neighborhood you're looking for. In rental/sale housing listings — whether apartments or villas — the first few hours are crucial; good listings are usually sold the same day. There's also the quieter side: sellers lower prices gradually, not all at once, and none of them stand out when you look at them individually. WHAT IT DOES • The list of provinces and districts is not embedded; it's read live from the site: new areas appear, and removed listings disappear. • You control the filtering: you specify the upper price, minimum number of rooms (2+1, 3+1, and above), and minimum square meters. Because Emlakjet's robots.txt disables filtered searches, the filter works on your phone; listings without room or square meter information are not eliminated, and it says "unknown". • Close match: listings that miss the price limit or the square meter lower limit by more than 10% are not eliminated; they are shown and reported with a "Close match" tag and reason (e.g., "5% above the price limit"). • You can close it with a single touch if you don't want to. • Price reduction is measured based on the TOTAL: 1,000,000 → 980,000 → 960,000. Even if small steps individually fall below the threshold, the accumulation is visible. • Listings that are on the screen as soon as you set up tracking are considered "seen"; notifications will come for subsequent changes. HOW TO SET UP You set up tracking — for example, "Kadıköy, 2+1 for rent" — and close the application. The application checks housing listings and prices within the range you choose; you will receive a notification on your phone when there is a change. The same result will not be reported twice. If the control breaks down (source not responding, page changed), the application will tell you, it will not die silently. How many bytes each round uses is shown in the Settings. There are light and dark themes. WHO IS IT FOR? Those who want to track rental or sale houses in a specific neighborhood and be the first to see the listing. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • It DOES NOT make purchases, reservations, or bookings. It redirects you to the source's own page; you perform the operation there. • It doesn't require you to create an account. No registration, no password. • The developer doesn't add analytics or run servers. The Google Ads SDK collects IP, engagement, diagnostics, and device ID. • Here, "free" means ad-supported: sub-banner, interstitial, rewarded, rewarded interstitial, app launch, and a single "Ad" labeled card within your watchlist. Interstitial ads stay away from the launch; rewarded interstitials introduce a screen that says "Skip." • It doesn't leave a persistent notification in the background. PRIVACY There are no developer servers behind the app; the searches and preferences you track are kept only on this phone. Control is tied to the publicly available source you choose — the same request a browser makes — and nothing goes to the developer. Requested permissions: network status, internet, notifications, ad to distinguish connection type, continue tracking on reboot, vibration, prevent phone from going to sleep while control is running, Google Play payment (no products for sale), and advertising in the free version. LIMITATIONS — Honestly • Android may postpone background checks to save battery power. The interval you choose is a target, not a guarantee. • Frequent checks are deliberately limited to respect the resource.
