One-tap contraction timer with a 5-1-1 alert. No ads, no account, works offline.
Time contractions with one big button. Tap when one starts, tap when it ends, and Pipou shows how long each lasted and how far apart they are. A gentle on-screen alert when your 5-1-1 rule fits, and the numbers ready to read out when you call your provider. Free, no account, works offline.
Labor is not the moment for a complicated app. Pipou has one big button, large readable numbers, and a clear history of every contraction, so you and your partner can stay focused on what is happening instead of on your phone.

PRIVACY
Pipou works offline. Your contraction history is kept on your device, and you do not need an account to use it.
ABOUT THE 5-1-1 RULE
Many providers suggest getting in touch when contractions come about every 5 minutes, last about 1 minute, and keep this pattern for about 1 hour. Some use 4-1-1 or 3-1-1 instead. Pipou lets you choose, and your provider's instructions always come first.
IMPORTANT
This app is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It times and records your contractions and applies a standard clinical guideline (the 5-1-1 rule) to suggest when you may want to contact your provider. Every labor is different, and the app cannot know your history or your body.
Always follow your midwife's or doctor's guidance over anything this app shows you. If your pain becomes severe, if something feels wrong, or if you are worried for any reason, contact your provider or go to the hospital — even if this app has not told you to yet.
